UV LED pcb build description

Required tools/materials:
-Soldering iron
-Tweezers or a SMD Solder Aid
-Thin (0.4 - 0.8mm) solder
-UV LED pcb kit (Available from the store: Link

Step 1
Tin 1 pad of each resistor footprint.

Step 2
8x 150R 0805 Resistor R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8
Use tweezers to hold the resistor on top of the tinned pad, now put the soldering iron agianst it and solder it on 1 side.

Step 3
Now solder the other side of the resistor.

Step 4
Solder the leds
LED1, LED2, LED3, LED4, LED5, LED6, LED7, LED8,
LED9, LED10, LED11, LED12, LED13, LED14, LED15, LED16,
LED17, LED18, LED19, LED20, LED21, LED22, LED23, LED24,
LED25, LED26, LED27, LED28, LED29, LED30, LED31, LED32
** Watch the polarity!! **
(The polarity is marked by the flat surface on the edge of the led. This is also marked on the pcb)

The leds need to be mounted on the side of the pcb where only the outline is present.

You can now apply 15V to the pads on the bottom side of the pcb to test it.
