Conditions of Use

In general:
-These conditions are applicable to each order placed.
-Orders are only accepted via the website.

Orders:
-We reserve the right to refuse orders
-Specially ordered parts cannot be cancelled or returned, and should be compulsory purchased.
-The minimum order is 5€, below we charge 5€ processing fee.

Prices:
-Prices may be changed at all times.
-The prices on the website at the time of order are charged, provided the order is paid within one month.
-All prices include 21% VAT.
-For companies outside Belgium but within the EC, it is possible to get 0% VAT, if you mail a correct VAT number after ordering.

Payment:
-The total amount must be paid by bank transfer or paypal.
-If you place a credit order (only on request, in Belgium and not on a first order), then the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days after invoice date. For each invoice on with the amount is not paid in full on the due date, there will be an interest of 1.5% charged per month. If after sending two reminders the amount has not been paid, a compensation of 15% of the invoice amount will be charged.
-The goods stay property of ElektronicaStynus until the full invoice amount is paid for.

Delivery:
-We reserve the right to change the shipping costs at any time without notice to modify them.
-If your order cannot be delivered on time, you will receive a message. If this takes longer than 30 days you have the right to cancel your order.
-Errors in orders are to be reported within seven days.

Shipping:

We charge the following shipping costs:
Belgium, Netherlands: € 6,50
Europe: € 13,50
Rest of the world: Please email for a shipping quote

Returns:

You can mail at info@e-stynus.com if a part turns out to be defect or damaged at receipt. Semiconductors and parts that have been soldered are excluded from warrantee. Parts under warrantee will be repaired or replaced free of charge if they are in stock.

The warrantee is voided when:
-you damaged the goods yourself
-there is damage made by thirds.
-the part is used/soldered in a project.

For people within the EU:
If you have ordered the wrong item, or if for any other reason you want to return something, you can return the article without reason within 14 calendar days conforming to the law "remote buying".

It is important that the packaging has not been opened and the seal is not broken. Articles where the package or the seal must be intact within 14 days without reason returned. In all other cases (eg a warranty repair) always contact us via the contact form. The following items cannot be returned: - Tailor-made or custom items, such as a kit with soldering option.
- Specially ordered items.
- Articles in large numbers you ordered.
Shipping costs of returns are to be paid by the customer.

Liability:
-ElektronicaStynus is not liable for damages caused by third parties.
-The liability of ElektronicaStynus remains at all times limited to the amount of the invoice
-ElektronicaStynus is not liable for typesetting and printing errors.
